PRODUCTION WORK EXPERIENCE Gaia, Senior Associate Producer, 2021 - Present Assists the Senior Producer with topic research, show development, outlines, treatments, and scripts. Manages series contractors and their services and deliverables. Organizes production shoots with network production manager. Assists Senior Producer, Senior Director of production, and Executive Vice President with talent management and creating show budgets. Works closely with editors and executive producers on all post production processes. Gaia, Associate Producer, 2017-2021 Reported directly to the Gaia Director of Content and assisted them with original series development. Edited, screened, and organized episode cuts and scripts. Organized in-studio and remote film shoots. Reviewed show budgets and coordinated with producers and post-production. Fact-checked and researched show content and copy. Managed production teams, which include production assistants, directors, editors, music composers, animators, makeup artists, and studio crews. Assisted the Head of Content Acquisitions with clearing third-party media and material prior to international publishing.
